UGANDA HIGH COMMISSION DELEGATION MET WITH THE OFFICIALS OF THAI KINGDOM MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS IN BANGKOK.

On Friday 25th March 2022, a delegation from Uganda High Commission held a meeting with the officials in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Thailand for bilateral engagements between the two countries.

The delegation was led by Uganda High Commission Charge' D' Affaires Mr. Kasujja Moses Kalule accompanied by Uganda Honorary Consul in Thailand Mr. Olan Viravan and his staff.

The meeting which was held at the Ministry of Foreign Headquarters in Bangkok was chaired by the Director of Africa Division Department of South Asian, Middle East and African Affairs Ms. Hathaichanok Riddhagni Frumau and agreed on a number of issues including holding a Business Forum scheduled to take place in Bangkok between the 13th  and 17th June 2022, building bilateral relations to higher levels and promoting of investment, trade and tourism.

In attendance was also Honorary Consul of Thailand in Uganda Ms. Barbara S. Mulwana, Counsellor Africa Division Ms. Grittida Sujira, Senior Development Cooperation Officer Thailand International Cooperation Agency Ms. Chidchanok Malayawong, Assistant to Honorary Consul Mr. Thirachart Viravan and ConsulateOfficer Ms. Nalinrat Kunphiphit, Commercial and tourism assistant at Uganda High Commission Ms. Emily Tumwakire and Consular, Protocol and Public Diplomacy Assistant Mr. David Tusiime.
