Her Excellency Ambassador Betty Oyella Bigombe attended  as a Plenary Session Speaker at the International Business Review -Borneo awards  ,hosted by the Premier of Sarawak on 03rd November 2023 in Kuching.

The session was on investment opportunities in Borneo with  focus on the untapped potential and steps that can be taken to unlock  a  spectrum of opportunities for investors to contribute to both economic growth and sustainability.

During the event ,Ambassador Betty highlighted investment opportunities in Uganda  and  made a call on the Sarawak government and other attendees to consider investing in Uganda.
