Ambani Consortium Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. visits Uganda High Commission - Kuala Lumpur

Today 10th April 2024, a delegation from AMBANI Consortium Group (M) Sdn. Bhd., led by Dr. Sly, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Dr. Betty Bigombe to provide an update on their confirmed participation in the upcoming Uganda Pearl of Africa Business and Tourism Expo, scheduled to take place on 23rd and 24th April 2025 at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre.
Key Highlights of the Visit:
1.    Confirmation of Participation:
o    AMBANI Consortium Group confirmed that they have booked four (4) exhibition booths for the Expo.
o    The Group expressed strong commitment to supporting the success of the event and promoting Uganda’s trade, investment, and tourism potential.
2.    Request for B2B Engagements:
o    The team requested that arrangements be made for business-to-business (B2B) meetings with visiting Ugandan business delegates during the expo.
o    Their aim is to explore concrete partnerships in areas of trade, investment, technology transfer, and infrastructure development.

H.E. Dr. Betty Bigombe welcomed the enthusiasm and commitment shown by AMBANI Consortium Group and assured them of the Mission’s support in facilitating meaningful engagements with Ugandan businesses. The High Commission will work closely with relevant stakeholders in Uganda to ensure that selected businesspersons attending the Expo will have an opportunity to interact with Malaysian counterparts like AMBANI Consortium Group for mutual benefit.
