The Royal Thai Armed Forces hosted a luncheon in honour of Her Excellency Dr. Betty Oyella Bigombe, Ambassador of the Republic of Uganda to the Kingdom of Thailand

On Saturday 29th March 2025, the Royal Thai Armed Forces hosted a working lunch in honour of Her Excellency Dr. Betty Oyella Bigombe, Ambassador of the Republic of Uganda to the Kingdom of Thailand (resident in Kuala Lumpur), at the Marriott Hotel, Bangkok. The luncheon served as a platform to strengthen bilateral cooperation and deepen defence and security relations between Uganda and Thailand, with a particular focus on border affairs, regional security, intelligence collaboration, and combat transnational crimes such as human trafficking and smuggling.

Present at the lancheon were; Lieutenant General Nattawut Sabyroop- Commanding General of Armed Forces Security Center, H.E. Dr. Betty Oyella Bigombe-Ambassador of the Republic of Uganda to Thailand, Lieutenant General Nattapol Saengchan-Director of Joint Intelligence and Major Pongpak Chansomboon-Aide-de-Camp to the Director of Joint Intelligence.
